A little bit of google searching and then twitter searching and look who is on twitter, Gilles Marini. Admittedly it doesn't have the little blue tick to say it's a verified account and so I'm a bit sceptical.
Some of the photos that the account has posted seem a bit strange, so at the moment I'm on "stalker watch". Waiting to see if he posts a picture of the shower scene from the 1st Sex and the City movie. That would be worth the follow :-)
Hi Sarah -- rest assured www.twitter/gillesmarini IS the twitter account for Gilles Marini (and unlike a lot of stars, he does all his own tweets and all his own FB entries as well). Stop by his website and/or forum sometime at http://www.gillesmarini.com where we post the addresses for all the "real" Gilles contact. Great blog btw (and great tv show)! :D
