I've heard that Season Four will pick up around three months after the Season Three ended, but things remain as they were. Justin and Rebecca are still engaged, Kitty and Robert’s marriage is still in tatters but they will continue to play happy families as he continues to run for governor. Sarah is still playing the single yummy mummy and sees her having a dalliance with actor Gilles Marini (from Sex and the City movie and Dancing With The Stars). Also Kevin and Scotty want a baby.
